It is a marketing style to gain more users and the more users they gain, the lesser the reward is becoming. previously you earned 0.25 of their token per search but now they have over 10 million monthly users and cut it to 0.10 per search

What does their token worth?

Well, their token (PRE) is tradeable and listed on Coinmarketcap currently at a price of about $0.22 per token and 90 million Marketcap as of the time am writing this post.
