In this lesson, we explore how to find and apply for bounties on the Superteam platform, a competitive yet rewarding aspect of the Superteam ecosystem.

I will share and provide a step-by-step guide based on my personal experience.

What are Bounties on Superteam?

Bounties are competitive tasks on Superteam where participants do the work, and the best submissions get rewarded. It’s like a contest where multiple people attempt the same task​​.

How to Find and Apply for Bounties:

1. Sign Up and Profile Creation:
   • Begin by signing up as explained in the previous lesson on registering on Superteam website. Verify your email and create a talent profile.
2. Selecting a Bounty:
   • Browse through the list of active and ongoing bounties that match your skills, be it development, graphics design, SEO, article writing, etc​​.
3. Applying for a Bounty:
   • Deliver the bounty task according to the terms to increase your chances of winning.
   • Submit your work to the bounty listing by clicking the “Submit Now” button (Ensure you submit before the expiring date or your submission will not allowed because the submit button will not allow submissions again).
   • You will receive an email confirming your submission.

Guidelines for Successful Bounty Submission and Rewards:

• Choose Bounties that fit your skill set and where you know that you have higher chances of competing successfully to be among the winners because without being among the bounty winners, you will earn nothing for that particular bounty.
• Complete the task and submit it by the deadline.
• You will get an email after submission and when the winners are announced. Keep an eye on the page of the bounty you applied for (check once a week at least till winners are announced)
• Engage actively with the Superteam community via Discord for guidance and feedback, as it can significantly increase your chances of success​​.

My Personal Experience:

• I participated in only one bounty in the last 6 months with Superteam (July-December 2023), where I was among the three winners.
• I prefer RFPs and grants to bounties due to the uncertainty and competitive nature of bounties😎.
• This means Bounty does not actually contribute meaningfully to my being able to achieve $20,000+ on Superteam within 6 months (July-December 2023)

My Superteam Bounty Earning Proof:

The first-ever bounty earning I got from Superteam was for a $200 Third position on 30th July 2023 (See the bounty page with winners announcement here )

Conclusion:

Bounties on Superteam offer a competitive way to earn rewards.

While they are less predictable than RFPs and grants, they can be a good opportunity if you have the right skill set and can deliver quality competitive work.
